The difference between Post and Post & Publish is simple: if we click Post, the text appears in the bottom section only and is not posted to the website. If you want to send later, you must click on [Edit] appears at the bottom of the text and then click on Post & Publish. Then follow the normal procedure: Status and View page to validate what we just sent to the site.
